WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL is looking to hire a full-time faculty member to direct, teach, and supervise its Business and Community Law Clinic

The Business and Community Law Clinic is a six-credit clinic that provides transactional legal services to small businesses, social enterprises, and non-profit organizations in the Detroit metropolitan area.  The position may be clinical-track or tenure-track, depending on the candidate’s interest and experience.  Minimum qualifications for the position include a J.D. degree and three years of law-related employment after law school. Preferred qualifications include three or more years of transactional practice, one or more year of experience as a clinical teacher, fellow, or staff attorney, and membership in the State Bar of Michigan or eligibility for admission without examination.
