THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA SCHOOL OF LAW invites applications for tenured or tenure-track positions to begin fall semester 2020. Candidates should have a juris doctorate or equivalent degree. Additionally, a successful applicant should have a record of excellence in academia or in practice, the potential to be an outstanding teacher, and demonstrable scholarly promise. The School of Law is interested in candidates who are qualified to teach in the area of commercial law. We are also looking for clinical faculty, with a preference for candidates who are qualified to teach a clinic in the area of criminal law.
