University of Idaho College of Law-Immigration Litigation and Appellate Clinic- Temporary Faculty

The University of Idaho College of Law invites applications for a visitor for the 2026-2027 academic year, beginning in August 2026, to direct the Immigration Litigation and Appellate Clinic ("the Immigration Clinic"). The College of Law has campuses in both Boise and Moscow, with students in both locations and a fellow in Boise; the director can be based in either location. Immigration Clinic students in the past have represented clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Courts of Appeal, and have also led community outreach and education presentations throughout the region. In addition to overseeing the clinic docket, supervising students, and teaching the clinic, the visitor would also teach one other course, likely Immigration Law & Policy.

The salary range is $90,000 - $135,000, commensurate with experience. Applications submitted by March 6, 2026 will receive first consideration and must be submitted via the website:
