University of Wyoming College of Law-Civil Legal Services Clinic-Director
The University of Wyoming College of Law invites applications from qualified candidates for a faculty position directing our Civil Legal Services Clinic, which addresses the unmet legal needs of low-income people in the state. The successful candidate will teach a course load that includes supervising clinic students and additional courses to be negotiated upon receiving an offer. We will consider candidates for both tenure and non-tenure track.
Candidates must be licensed attorneys, hold a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and be willing to become a member of the Wyoming Bar. Strong communication skills are required. The successful candidate will have a commitment to teaching, service, and (for a tenure track appointment) scholarship at a university level. The College of Law has a unitary tenure track and does not distinguish between clinical and doctrinal professors.
