Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law-Clinic Director (Open Rank)

Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law seeks an outstanding lawyer-educator to direct and teach a clinic. The subject matter of the Clinic is open, but because of conditions on funding sources must include substantial individual representation of elder clients. The School of Law currently hosts an Interdisciplinary Mental & Physical Health Law Clinic that serves this function, among others, and would be happy for the new Director to continue it if that subject matter suits the preferred candidate’s background and interests. The candidate shall indicate in their application materials the proposed subject matter for the Clinic. The Director will be a full-time continuing non-tenure track (governed by ABA Standard 405(c)) member of the faculty. We anticipate a start date of June 1, 2026.
